Estimates:
This document, destined to the customer, briefly describes the
job to be performed and outlines costs. If it meets the customer
needs, he or she then signs it. Execution of the contract will be
time sensitive to the arranged dates.
If the estimate does not fit the customers needs, we can propose
alternatives to meet customer's budget.
Estimates do not account for unforeseen circumstances that may
arise during the execution of the project. Any unforseen
event will promptly discussed with the property owner.
